It doesn’t happen very often, but we'll be happy to exchange or refund your purchase from Polar Feet® within 30 days of delivery. Exchanging your socks

If you are exchanging your unworn socks for another size or colour, please print off the return/exchange form provided and include $5.95 for reshipping.

Returning your socks

If you are returning your unworn socks for a refund, please provide us with your order number, if known, and print off the return/exchange form provided. (Your order number can be found in your original email confirmation from Polar Feet.) Polar Feet can only refund socks originally purchased directly from polarfeet.com or by phone.

When shipping from outside of Canada, please use regular post and not a courier company such as Federal Express or UPS as we can't receive it due to customs charges incurred at our end.
