RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We’ll be happy to exchange or refund your purchase from Polar Feet® within 30 days of delivery if the product is unworn and in its original packaging. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your return or exchange, please contact us prior to returning your item(s) by email: info@polarfeet.com or by calling us at 604/707-0799, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM PST.

Exchanges

If you are exchanging your unworn socks and/or accessories (with hangtags attached) or slippers (still in their original packaging) for another size or colour, please print off the return/exchange form provided. You will be responsible for shipping costs.

Returns

If you are returning your unworn socks and/or accessories, or slippers, for a refund please provide us with your order number, if known, and print off the return/exchange form provided. (Your order number can be found in your original email confirmation from Polar Feet.) Polar Feet can only refund products originally purchased directly from polarfeet.com or by phone.

When shipping from outside of Canada, please use regular post and not a courier company such as Federal Express or UPS as we can’t receive it due to customs charges incurred at our end.
