Christmas Deadlines

We will make our last pre-Christmas shipment to the US on December 20th. We will use Priority Post. USPS says that's a 2-4 day delivery service. Christmas volumes could affect that so we cannot guarantee that your parcel will arrive before Christmas. (I think it will but...if you want guaranteed then you'll have to arrange with us for Express service.) Our offices will be closed from December 21st to January 2nd, 2012. Orders we receive after December 20th will be processed and shipped January 2nd.

Shipping Rates 

We pack and ship your order immediately upon receipt. All US bound orders ship Tuesdays and Fridays. You will receive your order within 1 to 8 business days depending on the distance from Point Roberts, WA. If you live in Washington or California you may receive your parcel by the next day. If, however, you live in Maine, it will take up to 8 days to reach you.

If you are in a big hurry, please call our offices or send us an email and we will assist you with Express shipping. This will cost more and only be slighter faster. If you want to spend significantly more for shipping, we can arrange for shipping with FedEx or UPS. This will be fast, but very expensive. In any case, we are happy to help.  Shipping rates to the US are just $5 regardless of the size of the order. You will receive an email upon shipment and a tracking number for USPS First Class. We do ship anywhere in the world--international destinations are charged by cost of order: under $20 costs $8.95 shipping, over $20 costs $19. 

We reserve the right (and pleasure) to reduce your shipping charges if it is appropriate.

Customs and Duties

Polar Feet are not subject to duties and taxes when shipped to the United States as they are made in Canada and qualify under the Free Trade Agreement.

Outside the USA and Canada your order may be subject to duties and taxes charged by the destination country. Polar Feet is not responsible for the collection or payment of destination duties or taxes. Any additional duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the receiver. Charges will vary from country to country. For more information on your country’s customs policy, please contact your local customs office.
