Why Your Feet Get Cold (And How to Stop It)
Did you know that your feet play a huge role in regulating your entire body temperature? When your feet are cold, your body thinks you are cold, triggering a stress response.

Here are a few reasons why your toes might be freezing, and how to fix it:
1. Poor Circulation: If you’re sitting at a desk all day (WFH life, we see you), blood flow to your extremities slows down. The Fix: Take breaks to walk around, and wear non-constricting, warm socks.
2. Cold Floors: Heat rises, which means the floor is the coldest part of any room. The Fix: You need a barrier. Thin socks won't cut it on hardwood or tile. You need thick, insulated booties with a sole.
3. Improper Materials: Cotton socks can actually make your feet colder if they get damp (from sweat). The Fix: Switch to fleece or wool blends that wick moisture away while retaining heat.
Stop shivering and start thriving. Check out our insulated booties designed specifically for cold floors.
