Shipping

We ship every business day, Monday to Friday and do our best to get any order received by 1pm shipped the same day--orders received after 1 pm in the afternoon will most likely be shipped the next business day.

You will receive an email confirming that your order has been received, and then a follow-up email will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Please note that tracking may not go live for 24 hours. Orders received on the weekend or on a holiday will ship the next business day.  Please note that for various reasons, you may experience delays with any shipping method you select--unfortunately, that is out of the control of Polar Feet Ltd.

IMPORTANT:  If your package is taking longer than expected, please check the tracking, and then please give it a few more days. Sometimes USPS marks packages as delivered just before actual delivery, which can be the the next day. Quite often a helpful friend or neighbor has your package, please check with them too.

Your next step would be to follow up with USPS directly as they will have the most relevant information for you. 

Package Protection

If you are concerned about the safety of your package, select Package Protection at checkout and pay a small percentage of your order subtotal to protect your order from damage, loss, or theft.  If your order never arrives or is damaged when it arrives, you can easily file a claim with our team and receive a replacement order or be reimbursed. 

If your package has been marked "delivered", yet you have not received it, please wait at least 3 days, but no longer than 15 days, after delivery confirmation to file a claim. Please note that Package Protection does not cover instances where shipping information was incomplete or inaccurate. 

Important info: orders protected by Package Protection can only be replaced once. Package Protection does not cover delayed shipments as shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. 

To file a claim, contact us with your Order ID, contact info, and a description of the problem, and we will get back to you within 2-3 business days. 

If you declined Package Protection, and your package has been lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact the carrier.

Polar Feet Ships USPS to US locations

Shipping rates to the US are just $5.99 regardless of the size of the order on any purchase up to $99. For orders over $99 shipping is FREE! 

You may also select our "Priority+1" which uses USPS Priority Post plus allowing for 1 day to process and pack your order. 

If you prefer UPS or FedEx please contact us to arrange this, otherwise it's good ol' USPS. 

International destinations ship USPS International First Class Tracked.

International shipping is just $25 flat rate anywhere in the world!  Please allow at least 20 business days. (Although, realistically, it can take longer.) 

Customs and Duties

Outside the USA and Canada your order may be subject to duties and taxes charged by the destination country. Polar Feet is not responsible for the collection or payment of destination duties or taxes. Any additional duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the receiver. Charges will vary from country to country. For more information on your country’s customs policy, please contact your local customs office.
