I received a defective order and misunderstood the directions not to return them. Lisa agreed with me that there could be clearer directions to always call first before returning. She then followed through and paid the shipping on my replacement order. She also (I could tell) hand-picked a pair where the red plaid pattern exactly matched on each slipper -- first time that's happened -- and even put gift wrap paper on for fun. I’ve finally found a slipper that keeps my feet warm and toasty! 15 years ago my amazing fleece bootie slippers from either Land’s End or LL Bean (I forget which) wore out and were discontinued. I suffered with a variety of socks and several slipper types that were never as warm, comfortable, or of a high quality. Now that I’ve had these Snugs for over two weeks, wearing them daily, with and without socks, I can only say thank goodness for Polar Feet! These bootie slippers are fantastic and I intend on buying another pair just to keep for whenever these ones wear out (Just in case they’re discontinued 10-15 years down the road, lol!). I place a high value on quality and performance and so far these Snugs fit the bill. Thank you for saving my frozen feet!
