Returns

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

We’ll be happy to exchange or refund your purchase from Polar Feet® within 30 days of delivery if the product is unworn and in its original packaging. We do not offer free returns but it is very inexpensive to ship back to us by USPS and we will not charge you return shipping if it is an exchange. Please do not send items COD as we will not accept them. 

Once we have received your item back and have determined that it is in new condition with the tags, we will process your refund. 

Exchanges 
If you are exchanging your unworn socks and/or accessories (with hangtags attached) or slippers (no marks or blemishes) for another size or colour, please print the 
 return/exchange form provided. You will be responsible for shipping costs. 

Returns
If you are returning your unworn socks and/or accessories, or slippers, for a refund please provide us with your name, order number, if known, and the completed return/exchange form. (Your order number can be found in your original email confirmation from Polar Feet.) Polar Feet can only refund products originally purchased directly from polarfeet.com or by phone.

Use USPS--it is the cheapest and most reliable way to ship.
